1. The Service

CloudCostFlow is a cloud architecture cost modelling tool. It provides estimated costs based on published AWS pricing data and user-defined architecture configurations. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services.

2. Cost Estimates Are Estimates

Cost calculations are approximations based on publicly available AWS pricing data. Actual AWS costs may differ due to: reserved instance pricing, savings plans, volume discounts, regional pricing changes, promotional credits, or AWS pricing updates that haven't been reflected in our data. Do not use CloudCostFlow estimates as the sole basis for financial decisions.

3. Accounts

You create an account by signing in with Google, Microsoft, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The free tier provides limited functionality (5 services per architecture, no save/load). The Pro tier ($19/month or $149/year) provides unlimited services, save/load, sharing, and export features. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Your Data

You own your architecture configurations. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
